SwipvoxTerms of Service
These terms are a binding agreement between you and SwipVox LLC ("Swipvox", "we", "us") governing your purchase and use of swipvox.com, the Swipvox Kit, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing, or using our products, you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer
Swipvox provides two things:
- The free engine — an open-source core, licensed separately under the MIT licence in its own repository. You are free to use, fork, and redistribute it under that licence.
- The Swipvox Kit — a paid, proprietary build kit (playbook, scripts, tuned prompts, gotchas, and supporting materials), plus optional paid services (coaching and done-for-you builds). The Kit is not open source and is governed by these terms and the licence in section 3.
We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.
2. Your account
You sign in passwordless with an email one-time code or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old. Your account, sign-in link, download link, and repository access are personal to you and must not be shared (see section 3). You may close your account at any time.
3. Kit licence — anti-piracy & anti-sharing
When you buy the Swipvox Kit, you are buying a licence to use it, not ownership of it. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence for one seat — one individual, or one single organisation you own or work for — to access and use the Kit to build and operate your own products.
The one rule that matters: what you build with the Kit is yours; the Kit itself is not yours to give away, sell, publish, or share. One purchase = one seat.
You may
- Use the Kit's code, scripts, and prompts inside your own products and client work, including commercially.
- Modify and adapt the materials for your own use.
- Keep your copy and the free updates we provide for as long as your licence is in good standing.
You may not
- Share, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Kit — or your account, sign-in link, download link, or repository access — to any other person or organisation, whether for free or for payment.
- Redistribute or publish the Kit or any substantial part of it (its files, scripts, prompts, or documentation), including posting it to any public or private repository, website, forum, chat, Discord/Slack, course, torrent, file-sharing or file-locker service, or any AI training dataset or model.
- Pool a single licence across multiple people or organisations, or use it to deliver the Kit's materials to your own audience as a substitute for them buying their own licence. Teams need one licence per seat.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, licence text, or watermark or per-buyer identifier we include, or reverse-engineer the Kit in order to strip such markings.
Traceability. Repository access and portal downloads are tied to your account, and copies of the Kit may be watermarked or otherwise traceable to you. You are responsible for keeping your copy and your access private. If a copy of the Kit is found shared, leaked, or published and is traced to your licence, you are responsible for that breach.
Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have breached this section, we may immediately suspend or permanently revoke your repository and portal access with no refund, and we reserve all rights and remedies available to us, including seeking injunctive relief and damages (and, where the law provides it, statutory or liquidated damages and recovery of our legal costs). These licence restrictions survive termination of your account.
4. Purchases, delivery & refunds
Prices are shown on our site and charged through Stripe in US dollars, exclusive of any taxes that may apply. The Kit is a one-time purchase with instant digital delivery: after payment you get access to your buyer portal (to download the Kit) and, if you provide a GitHub username, an invitation to the private repository. Paid services (coaching, done-for-you) are delivered by arrangement.
Refunds
Because the Kit is delivered instantly as downloadable, copyable intellectual property, all sales are final once you have downloaded the Kit or accepted repository access. If you have not yet downloaded the Kit or accepted the repository invite, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing kl@swipvox.com. We do not offer refunds where we reasonably believe a refund request is being used to obtain the Kit's contents for free, or where our terms have been breached. Nothing here limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: circumvent access controls, licence checks, or usage limits; disrupt or attack the service; use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; or misrepresent your identity. Any use that breaches section 3 is also a breach of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
Swipvox, the Kit, and their software, design, text, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence in section 3 and the separate MIT licence covering the free engine, no rights are granted to you. Products you build using the Kit are yours.
7. Disclaimers
The service and the Kit are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Swipvox is educational and developer tooling, not professional advice — what you build and ship with it, and any costs you incur with third-party providers (hosting, AI/voice APIs, email), are your own responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swipvox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the effective date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the products after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
